Balloon Decor FAQ

Balloon decor and balloon arrangements should be placed as early as possible.  Our preference is 2-4 weeks in advance since each order is custom designed by our balloon artist.

We provide balloon decor and balloon arrangements throughout El Dorado, Amador and Sacramento County: Cameron Park, Camino, Diamond Springs, El Dorado, El Dorado Hills, Fairplay, Folsom, Granite Bay, Grizzly Flat, Orangevale, Placerville, Plymouth, River Pines, Shingle Springs and Somerset. For our balloon garlands, pricing depends on several factors:

•  What will be the length?
• What size variety of balloons will you want?
• Will you want any embellishments? 
• Will we be setting it up?
• Will it be indoors or outdoors?

It's best to reach out to us so that we can discuss the specifics so that we can provide you accurate pricing for your event. 

The time it takes to install our balloon backdrops will vary based on the complexity of the design. Most of our inflating is done ahead of time so that we can minimize our onsite installation time. We usually plan on needing at least 2 hours for most installations, but if we need more or less time that will be discussed during the quote process. 

We use the highest quality brand balloons and materials! Our preferred balloon brands are TUFTEX and Betallatex.   

We cannot guarantee how long your balloon decor will last once they have been delivered due to environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop during transportation and installation.  However, indoor balloon garlands could last for weeks or months (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight and other environmental factors. 

We don't want you to cancel your order, but we do understand that circumstances change. Since all our orders are custom designed to our clients themes, we purchase specific balloon colors, foils and embellishments as soon as your order is placed. 

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. No refunds will be provided for customer cancellations or reschedules. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible to provide the best opportunity to accommodate the reschedule. If unable to accommodate the reschedule and you cannot keep the original date, your booking will be cancelled. Any fees you have paid will remain as a credit on your account for future use within 90 days from the date of cancellation. 

If you need to cancel, please call us directly at 530-620-8457. We do not accept cancellations over text, email or social media messaging. 

 At Balloon Art Celebrations, we are proud to support our community whenever possible. As a small, family-owned business, however, we are not able to accommodate all of the donation requests we receive.

To keep things fair and sustainable, we prioritize partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and organizations we have existing relationships with, and we balance these opportunities with the needs of our clients and business operations.

While we can’t fulfill every donation request, we’re always happy to explore budget-friendly décor options and creative solutions to help make your event special.
