Hi! I’m Linda, the heart behind Balloon Art Celebrations. I believe every milestone deserves to feel seen—and that thoughtful décor can set the tone the moment guests arrive. From classic spiral arches and photo-worthy organic garlands to custom Chiara backdrops, wooden marquees, and helium installations, my team and I design décor that’s joyful, intentional, and built to last.

Proudly woman-owned and rooted in El Dorado County, we partner with local schools, businesses, and families across the greater Sacramento region to bring events to life—grand openings, fundraisers, graduations, birthdays, retirements, and everything in between. We use premium, Made-in-USA TUFTEX latex and quality materials because details matter, and so does durability.
